Good morning!


It was a little tough for me to get out of bed this morning.  Something about the birds chirping with the sun light making it's way in made it harder for me to get up- which is unusual, because that is usually what will wake you up!  I am guessing my energy is a little drained from a midterm I took last night.  So I refueled myself with a yummy green smoothie.  The benefits for your body are amazing, as stated in a previous blog post, and you will feel refueled and ready to start your day.

My favorite go-to morning smoothie is as followed-

Makes 2-

1.5 cups of Almond Milk
Handful of Organic Spinach
1 Banana
Half of Avocado
Half of Mango
Handful of ice
Scoop of Peanut Butter
Tablespoon of Honey
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Add- Chia seeds or Flax seeds
Blend and enjoy!
