Quick at Home Workout!

Good morning, and may I add- windy morning!  This winter does not want to leave us!
I had a hard time getting out of bed this AM because of the cold air.  So, I opted not to go to the gym- I was more comfy under the covers, and I have a midterm this afternoon that I MUST study for!  So my time is precious today.
However, I have to do something to keep my muscles and body moving.  Anything is better than nothing!  So I did a little whole body routine that I want to share with everyone.

I am in a monthly challenge- this month is Burpees.  I have to do 80 today.  So instead of doing all 80 at once (which I am not sure I can do), I broke them up into 4 sets that way I could add other sets along with it.

Here is what I did today-

20 Burpees
20 Lunges
30 Jumping Jacks
25 Squats
15 Plank Punches
 REPEAT 4 TIMES!!!

Remember to start the morning with water, and continue drinking while exercising.  It is VERY important to stay hydrated throughout the day, especially while working out.

I am now ready for my green smoothie, coffee, and loads of studying!
